Meet The Team

Joanne Smith

I have a real passion for all animals. I have always had pets  of my own since being a small child.

At present my husband Andrew and I have a rescue retired Greyhound called Timmy, a cat who we adopted called Saxon, Flopsy a stray rabbit who hopped into our lives, Shearer the hamster and a huge goldfish called Lollipop.

When I was working Timmy came to live with us and we discovered how difficult it was to find someone to walk him who we could trust and who was also prepared to travel. That was when I had the idea to offer a local service with competitive rates.

Any animals I look after will be loved and given the best care possible giving you full peace of mind.

Andrew Smith

I share my wife Joanne’s love of animals. At Walkies Pet Services my main responsibility is helping with the paperwork, but I also help with the pets who come to stay and the Pet Home Visiting Service.

I have also had pets all my life and like Joanne any animals in my care will be given the best care and treatment.
